IMOGEN MURPHY
Imogen Murphy is an Irish film & television director.
Recent work includes lead directing the upcoming thriller drama series THE VANISHING TRIANGLE starring India Mullen & Allen Leech.
As lead director on period mystery drama DEAD STILL, starring Michael Smiley, she was nominated for a Best Director Irish Film & Television Academy award. The series was nominated for seven other IFTA awards including Best Drama, as well as for a Royal Television Society Drama award.
Previously she directed all six episodes of the second season of CAN’T COPE WON’T COPE for RTÉ, BBC3 and Netflix. She also directed blocks of continuing series HOLLYOAKS and RED ROCK for Channel 4 and Amazon.
Film work has seen Imogen nominated for Royal Television Society and Irish Film & Television Academy awards for CRY ROSA, as well as winning numerous international short film awards.
Imogen is a member of BAFTA, IFTA, and the Screen Directors Guild of Ireland. She is represented by Mark Casarotto at Casarotto Ramsay & Associates.
